We start with an introduction call where one of our representatives will ask what you are looking for in a company and what your career objectives might be. We can then find you the ideal position within your dream company. We receive new positions from our clients daily, therefore if you submit your CV to us we can add you to our database to alert you if any positions appear!
• We spend an extensive amount of time profiling candidates to get a full understanding of who they are and what they have achieved throughout their career, as well as getting a feel for their personal life
• Find out their strengths and weaknesses and areas for development.
